<strong>YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:<br></strong><ul><li>Handles inquiries for MICE, BGR and LGR and converts them into sales.</li><li>Prepares offers and contracts in line with the standards and operations manual.</li><li>Maintains effective correspondence.</li><li>Pre-and post-communication for all related events- working in conjunction with the meeting and events operational team.</li><li>Contacting clients before they arrive at the hotel to conduct final detailed checks, to be a host on the day of the event, reviewing satisfaction levels and willingness to return and conducts follow up calls to check guestβs satisfaction and collect feedback.</li><li>Ensure billing instructions are correct according to the contract</li><li>Supports the smooth running of the meeting & events department, where all aspects of the client and guest experience are delivered to the highest levels</li><li>Delivers on plans and objectives where meeting & events initiatives & hotel targets are achieved<br><br></li></ul><strong>WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU:<br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor of any related Hospitality / Marketing / Management courses</li><li>Experience in meeting and events</li><li>Strong supervisory skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style</li><li>Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry</li><li>Ability to find creative solutions with proven problem-solving capabilities offering support where required</li><li>Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy</li><li>Strong communication skills<br><br></li></ul><strong>WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:<br><br></strong>We give our people everything they need to succeed.
