Senior HVAC- Plumbing Design Engineer

<p><span>Candidate is expected to have sound technical knowledge and understanding related to HVAC/Plumbing Works.</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide the design package, Technical submittal and compliance statement based on project requirement.</li><li>Site survey for the new Inquiry and submit the survey report.</li><li>Coordinate with Project Manager &amp; Project Engineer to Solve the Design Issues.</li><li>Good Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, etc.</li><li>Knowledge and experience of HVAC Size, Heat Dissipation calculations &amp; TAB (Test, Adjust and Balance) procedures</li><li>HVAC Equipment, Control System Selection</li><li>Domestic cold-water services, Condensate drainage systems to serve Package a/c units, air handling units, split</li><li> a/c units including pipework fittings, etc.</li><li>Sizing of pipes for drain system, Selection of water heaters, sanitary waste and vent system, Sanitary sewer for Toilet and Pantry.</li></ul><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME).</li><li>10+ year of experience in Design Engineering in KSA. (Experience in SABIC or Saudi Aramco is highly preferable)</li><li>Good Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, etc.</li><li><span>Aware about </span>International Plumbing Code 2015.</li><li>Aware about <span>ASHRAE Handbooks and SMACNA Standards and idea about HCIS -2017 Standard for HVAC.</span></li><li>Transferable Iqama is required for non-Saudi National.</li><li>Valid driver’s license is a must.</li><li>Arabic and English Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li></ul>
