Job Description

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Intern, you will support the QA team in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products or services. This full-time internship opportunity is located in our office at King Hussein Business Park and has a duration of 6 months, with a chance of employment based on business needs.<p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Assist in the execution of test plans and test cases to ensure the functionality, performance, and stability of software or applications.</li><li>Identify and report defects or issues in a clear and concise manner using bug tracking tools or other designated systems.</li><li>Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues and provide necessary details for their resolution.</li><li>Participate in test case creation and maintenance, ensuring test coverage aligns with project requirements.</li><li>Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.</li><li>Provide support in the analysis and verification of software requirements and specifications.</li><li>Assist in the documentation of test results, test scripts, and other relevant QA documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the software development life cycle.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.</li><li>Basic understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.</li><li>Familiarity with bug tracking systems and version control tools.</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills.</li></ul>
