Junior Account executive:<br>Minimum qualifications:<br>- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.<br>- 2+ years of experience in a marketing/brand manager, advertising sales, business development, and/or online media environment.<br>Preferred qualifications:<br>- Experience in a client-facing role.<br>- Understanding of the digital media industry challenges, a roadmap for its growth, and a commitment to advance strategies within the marketplace.<br>- Knowledge of traditional and contemporary/digital marketing tactics and strategies.<br>- Ability to proactively practice pitches, deliver/ask for feedback, and act on that feedback before pitches/conversations with clients.<br>- Excellent communication and organization skills.<br>As an Account Executive, you’ll create, execute, and lead a roadmap to help clients leverage our services to grow. Through thought leadership, you will lead with empathy and cross-functional collaboration between different functions.<br>Responsibilities<br>Develop account strategy and high-quality joint business plans that reflect measurable customer business objectives and set deadlines to deliver against these plans. Communicate and inspire the cross-functional team to ensure these plans are understood and that all account team members understand their roles/expectations.<br>Deliver and guide large customer agreements across internal and external stakeholders.<br>Meet goals and plans across accounts.<br>Monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts of business performance, opportunities, and pipelines.
