We are committed to providing exceptional livestreaming experiences and are now seeking a Livestream Monitoring Coach to join our team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>As a Livestream Monitoring Coach at City Explorer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our livestreaming content. Your responsibilities will include:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Monitoring: Actively monitoring livestreams on our platform to ensure compliance with our content guidelines, community standards, and legal requirements.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Assessing the quality of livestreams, including video and audio performance, to ensure optimal user experience.</li><li>User Support: Providing prompt and effective support to livestreamers, assisting them with technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and offering guidance on improving the quality of their broadcasts.</li><li>Content Moderation: Reviewing and moderating user comments, chat messages, and other interactions to maintain a positive and respectful community environment.</li><li>Reporting and Documentation: Compiling accurate reports on livestreaming activities, issues, and resolutions. Documenting best practices and maintaining up-to-date records of livestreamers’ performance.</li><li>Training and Coaching: Collaborating with the Livestreaming Team to develop training materials and resources for livestreamers.
