<p><strong>Minibar Attendant</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Job Source</p><p>Erth Abu Dhabi</p><p>Location</p><p>United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi</p><p>Salary</p><p>Negotiable</p><p>Designation</p><p>Housekeeping</p><p>Experience Level</p><p>Staff/Employee</p><p>Job Type</p><p>Full Time</p><p>Language</p><p>Bengali basic</p><p><br></p><p>About the job</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Role</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Mini Bar Attendant provide guests with a fully stocked and well-maintained mini bar consistently throughout their stay.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Stocks the mini bar cart with the necessary items to maintain the par level daily</p><p>Cleans and defrosts the mini bars regularly as per the schedule</p><p>Maintains a fully stocked inventory of all mini bar items</p><p>Inventory all guest’s mini bars on daily basis and posts the appropriate charges to the room before guest departure</p><p>Stock and replace missing items, inspect, move and clean the mini bars following departmental policies and procedures</p><p>Is authorized to enter all guest rooms about the mini bar at any given point of time while following appropriate policies and procedures</p><p>Maintains, tracks and completes daily worksheet of mini bar stock</p><p>Responsible for replenishment of mini bar items in rooms</p><p>Responsible for maintaining the mini bar pantry in terms of stock, stacking and cleanliness</p><p>Ensure products in the mini-bar are not expired and take the proper procedure to remove those products as necessary. Ensures rotation of all mini-bar products</p><p>Take all reasonable measures not to handle food or food contact surfaces in any way that is likely to compromise the safety and suitability of the food</p><p>Maintains assigned mini bar carts</p><p>Raise store requisitions and obtains stock and store in the assigned storerooms. </p><p>Properly complete, maintain and track inventory in assigned stores</p><p>Communicates effectively with line manager on any issues or concerns including guest issues</p><p>Performs any other duty assigned by the line manager deemed necessary for the success of the department</p><p>Assists Room Service team with orders or clearance when required</p><p>Job Requirements</p><p><br></p><p>High School or equivalent &amp; Knowledge of POS/MICROS</p><p>Minimum 02 years of Hotel experience in the same field</p><p>Basic Room Service/Mini Bar knowledge</p>
