As the In-House Performance Coach, you will be responsible for enhancing the performance and productivity of our team members, and our portfolio companies’ founders, helping them reach their full potential. You will work closely with traders, analysts, and other professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your expertise in performance coaching, mindset development, and behavioral psychology will be crucial in optimizing individual and team performance within the organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to traders, analysts, and other team members to enhance their performance, productivity, and overall effectiveness.</li><li>Develop personalized coaching plans based on individual strengths, weaknesses, and goals.</li><li>Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to address them, focusing on areas such as decision-making, risk management, stress management, and emotional intelligence.</li><li>Collaborate with team leaders and managers to align coaching objectives with business goals and foster a performance-driven culture.</li><li>Conduct performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to individuals, assisting them in identifying areas for improvement and implementing actionable strategies.</li><li>Design and deliver group training sessions and workshops to enhance team dynamics, communication skills, and overall performance.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance coaching, behavioral psychology, and mindset development, incorporating relevant strategies into coaching programs.</li><li>Foster a positive and growth-oriented mindset within the organization, supporting team members in overcoming challenges and maximizing their potential.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information related to performance improvement plans and individual coaching sessions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Performance Coach or similar role, preferably in the finance or investment industry.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of performance coaching techniques, mindset development, and behavioral psychology.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial markets, digital assets, and hedge fund operations.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Outstanding communication and active listening skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify performance gaps and develop effective strategies.</li><li>High degree of empathy and emotional intelligence to understand and address individual challenges and motivations.</li><li>Relevant certifications or training in performance coaching, behavioral psychology, or related fields is a plus.</li><li>Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for continuous learning and professional development.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing priorities.</li><li>Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> Negotiable</p>
