If so, we have an exciting position for you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>The Project Manager (PM) manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include defining project deliverables, effective planning, resourcing, communication and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. The PM will oversee all aspects of projects they are assigned to manage – set appropriate deadlines, assign responsibilities, manage the project budget and costs, and monitor and summarize progress of projects. </p><p><br></p><p>The successful candidate will work closely with our PMO team and also directly with clients to ensure successful project delivery. The role will require a bachelor’s degree, ideally industry certification (PMI or Prince II) and at least 8 years of large-scale construction project management experience.</p><p><br></p><p>The PM will be capable of leading and directing the work of other team members and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
