<strong>Overview</strong><p><br></p><strong> Position </strong><p><br></p><strong> Senior Project Manager – Warehouse Automation </strong><p><br></p><strong> Job Code </strong><p><br></p><strong> Reports to </strong><p><br></p><strong> Project Director – Port and Logistics </strong><p><br></p><strong> Direct Reports </strong><p><br></p><strong> Project Engineers </strong><p><br></p><strong> Division </strong><p><br></p><strong> Sector </strong><p><br></p><strong> NIC Projects </strong><p><br></p><strong> Role Purpose </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Manage the execution of the agreed plan for the development of the Port Marine Works </li><li> Liaise with design teams to develop project delivery plan, RFP, schedule, deliverables, cost estimates and risk &amp; value management plan. </li><li> Participate in tender and contractor selection process </li><li> Oversee the construction management teams to ensure delivery of NIC’s Container Terminals against agreed project aims and objectives. </li><li> Oversea the construction management and contractor to ensure compliance with the NEOM environmental standards </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Key Accountabilities &amp; Activities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Engage with stakeholders to obtain a clear handover of functional requirements to move forward confidently with project implementation </li><li> Engaged and Manage the PMC to clearly identify and document risk management , interface management and package management plans.
