For the past 20+ years, we have specialized in digital maturity for FinTech (Brokerage and Wealth/Asset Management platforms) and FinCON (Market Information Screens) based solutions. Provisioning ourselves in the Emerging &amp; Frontier Markets at Brokerage Firms (Retail &amp; Institutional), Banks, Clearing Members, and Wealth/Asset Managers spanning Morocco to Indonesia. </p><br><p><strong>Job Overview or brief description</strong></p><br><p>As a manager, you are expected to mentor the Consultants in the team, specialize in your expertise, and share knowledge with internal and external clients. </p><br><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>Deep knowledge of capital markets regulatory environment</li><br><li>Have business knowledge of DFN systems</li><br><li>Ability to offer solutions for complex business and regulatory challenges</li><br><li>Be a thought leader and propose innovative products and services</li><br><li>Be able to control scope creep and focus on deliverables</li><br></ul><br><p><strong>Qualifications and requirements</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>BSC, Master preferred from reputable, competitive institutions</li><br><li>Fresh graduates or 3~5 years’ experience preferred</li><br><li>Fluency in business applications and Expert level skills in MS. Office Suite</li><br><li>Self-motivated, quick learner, ability to work with an incomplete information set</li><br><li>Excellent English and Arabic, + any certification that demonstrates that the person would like to make a career in financial services</li><br><li>CMA, CFA, Computer Sciences</li><br></ul><br><p><strong>Competencies (In order of importance)</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>Time Management — You will work on multiple projects simultaneously and must prioritize as per business needs.</li><br><li>Be able to build virtual teams of people that can support your mission</li><br><li>Be a generous leader that is willing to share knowledge and learn from others </li><br><li>Know when to escalate and when to manage, and when to step in and help the rest of the team</li></ul>
