Provisioning ourselves in the Emerging &amp; Frontier Markets at Brokerage Firms (Retail &amp; Institutional), Banks, Clearing Members, and Wealth/Asset Managers spanning Morocco to Indonesia. </p><br><p><strong>Job Overview or brief description</strong></p><br><p>This role will report to the head of Sales and join a talented and highly motivated team of more than +450 professionals across Saudi, UAE, Kuwait, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. You will be organized, good at cultivating lasting business relations, and know about the Brokerage, Asset Management, Custody management – Capital Market financial services landscape so you can create and execute the sales strategy. You must also be skilled in reaching solutions with negotiations to close large-scale enterprise agreements with high-profile organizations.</p><br><p> </p><br><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>Typical Sales activities of prospecting, converting Sales, as B2B, selling DirectFN FinTech. Assisting in the development of an active sales strategy that supports our business goals</li><br><li>Intelligent engagement management, managing the existing clients as account management and following up on new opportunities</li><br><li>Closing deals valued with mid-cap through to enterprise organizations</li><br><li>Developing and maintaining a network of contacts and keeping up a pipeline of 3 – 4 times your sales target</li><br><li>Managing sales pipeline</li><br><li>Proposing new ideas to prospect and close fresh sales opportunities</li><br><li>Completing RFP (Requests for Proposal) documents for prospective customers</li><br><li>This is who you’ll be working with:</li><br><li>While you will be focused on Saudi Arabia, you will have the opportunity to work within the Sales and Business Development teams from Morocco to Indonesia – teams across the GCC/ UAE, Kuwait, Africa, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Asia.</li><br><li>We collaborate with stakeholders across Customer Success, Global Services, Product, Legal, Finance, etc.</li><br></ul><br><p><strong>Qualifications and requirements</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>5-10 years experience in software sales, preferably in financial services technology, with relatable experience in enterprise deal closures</li><br><li>Proven sales pipeline creation, relationship building, and closing experience</li><br><li>A track record of success in solution sales to complex global organizations</li><br><li>Understanding of the capital market, brokerage, asset management, and custody management part of the financial services verticals and critical players in the kingdom /region.</li><br><li>The ability to listen carefully, understand customer needs, and build trusted relationships at the executive level</li><br><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills</li></ul>
