<p>ACM Limited, an investment company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a seasoned and dynamic professional for the role of Senior People Partner. With a dynamic team of 40+ employees, we continue to grow and are seeking a seasoned Senior People Partner to support our most important asset – our people.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team, advising on all people-related issues, including organizational design, employee relations, conflict resolution, talent development, and succession planning.</li><li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.</li><li>Foster a culture of feedback and open communication, contributing to a positive, supportive work environment.</li><li>Support employees in their professional development, identifying opportunities for growth and learning.</li><li>Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations as required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.</li><li>7+ years of HR experience, preferably within the investment or financial services sector.</li><li>Demonstrated experience as a strategic HR partner in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Fluency in English and Russian is a must.</li><li>Education in Executive Coaching and/or CIPD certification highly appreciated.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong strategic mindset and execution ability.</li><li>Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Choose ACM Limited?</strong></p><p>We are a rapidly growing organization, committed to the development and success of our employees.
