<p><strong>Position Title: </strong><span>Sales & Marketing Head (Specialty & Biostimulants) -</span></p><p><span>SMH(S&B)</span></p><p><strong>Department:</strong><span> Sales</span></p><p><strong>Division: </strong><span>RNZ Group Sales</span></p><p><strong>Location: </strong><span>Abu Dhabi, UAE</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>About RNZ:</strong></p><p><span>RNZ is a global AGRI Inputs company based in UAE, manufacturing customized</span></p><p><span>foliar and granular NPKs. Also RNZ produces Sulphur based products using</span></p><p><span>Thiogro patented process in technical collaboration with Shell. RNZ runs a</span></p><p><span>full fledged Research Centre working on ideation to commercial production of</span></p><p><span>patented, fully sustainable biostimulants and bio pesticides for meeting</span></p><p><span>future farming needs. </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></p><p><span>SMH(S&B) will develop and drive business strategy for sales & marketing the</span></p><p><span>company’s products and services to the existing MEASA region and beyond. The</span></p><p><span>person is accountable for revenue and profit goals for the existing and new</span></p><p><span>markets.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>* Prepare sales forecasts and budgets and prepare business plans to</span></p><p><span>effectively meet market requirements.</span></p><p><span>* Look for new innovative opportunities to grow fresh business</span></p><p><span>verticals </span></p><p><span>* Provide technical updates internally and coordinate with</span></p><p><span>Distributors, Agronomists and growers.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>* Setting and communicating weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual</span></p><p><span>sales goals</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>* Assessing costs, supply, demand, and competitors to determine</span></p><p><span>selling price</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>* Create value propositions for each market segment, focusing on</span></p><p><span>agronomic practices and crop management approach</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>* Ensure timely collections and implement debt management procedures</span></p><p><span>* Establish a marketing plan for media, blogs, podcasts, promotions</span></p><p><span>and events</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>* Education: Masters degree (Agriculture) with MBA in Marketing from</span></p><p><span>reputed institutes</span></p><p><span>Experience: 10+ years of strong experience in biological & biostimulant</span></p><p><span>industry with sales of manufactured & traded agri inputs.
