<p><strong>Position Title: </strong>Research Assistant (Next generation agri-input materials -</p><p>R&amp;D)</p><p><strong>Department: </strong>Next generation agri-input materials</p><p><strong>Division: </strong>RNZ Group R&amp;D</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Abu Dhabi, UAE</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About RNZ:</strong></p><p>RNZ is a global AGRI Inputs company based in UAE, manufacturing customized</p><p>foliar and granular NPKs. Also RNZ produces Sulphur based products using</p><p>Thiogro patented process in technical collaboration with Shell. RNZ runs a</p><p>full fledged Research Centre working on ideation to commercial production of</p><p>patented, fully sustainable biostimulants and bio pesticides for meeting</p><p>future farming needs. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong> Research Assistant (Next generation agri-input materials -</p><p>R&amp;D will be involved in development of a new range of combination or</p><p>composites inorganic plant nutrient products. Value addition of existing</p><p>inorganic fertilizer products and Pilot-scale parameters optimization of new</p><p>production processes.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Creating research proposals</p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Planning and conducting experiments</p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collecting samples</p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitoring experiments</p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Recording and analysing data</p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborating with other researchers and academia to develop new</p><p>techniques and products</p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Supervising junior staff</p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Carrying out fieldwork and monitoring environmental factors</p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Researching and writing published papers</p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Staying up-to-date with the latest scientific developments</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>* Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering science from a recognized</p><p>university</p><p>Experience: min 3+ years of experience in routine Materials or Nanoscience</p><p>laboratory work</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A methodical approach to gathering and analysing data</p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Critical thinking</p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Time management</p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The ability to work independently</p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Patience and tenacity</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Software Application and Technical Knowledge:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Advanced skills with: Word, Excel, Outlook, Presentation packages</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>RNZ is committed to creating and sustaining diversity and inclusion in our</p><p>work place and welcome applicants from all backgrounds to apply.</p>
