<br><p>We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Software Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the sales and product teams to understand customer requirements, demonstrate the capabilities of our software solutions, and provide technical expertise throughout the sales process. Your goal will be to showcase the value and benefits of our software offerings to prospective clients and support the sales team in closing deals.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.</li><li>Provide technical demonstrations and presentations of our software solutions to clients and prospects.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling proposals and customized product demonstrations that address customer requirements.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our software solutions.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.</li><li>Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, sales collateral, and other resources to support the pre-sales process.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience of 1 – 5 years in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the software industry.</li><li>Strong technical background and understanding of software applications, architecture, and integration principles.</li><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into solution recommendations.</li><li>Experience with software demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and product presentations.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address customer challenges.</li><li>Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
