<p>Responsibilities:</p><ol><li>Relationship Management:</li></ol><ul><li>Manage relationships with sales organizations and dealers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.</li><li>Handle VIPs and manage key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.</li></ul><ol><li>Sales Performance Monitoring:</li></ol><ul><li>Conduct weekly and monthly sales performance analysis on a model level, identifying trends and areas for improvement.</li><li>Develop strategies and initiatives to enhance sales support activities, including monthly and quarterly campaigns.</li></ul><ol><li>Fleet Sales Management:</li></ol><ul><li>Achieve operational objectives for fleet sales, including volume targets and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Plan and execute regular market visits to key fleet customers, fostering strong relationships and identifying business opportunities.</li></ul><ol><li>Financial Analysis and Inventory Management:</li></ol><ul><li>Perform financial analysis of dealer operations, providing concise key findings and recommendations.</li><li>Regularly analyze dealer inventory to ensure appropriate supply and a market-relevant vehicle mix.</li></ul><ol><li>Marketing Campaign Review:</li></ol><ul><li>Review and assess local marketing campaigns by dealers, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and effectiveness of advertising spend.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to dealers in developing impactful marketing campaigns.</li></ul><ol><li>Fleet Vehicle Activation:</li></ol><ul><li>Analyze the capability and activation of key fleet vehicles with local potential customers.</li><li>Identify opportunities to showcase fleet vehicles and coordinate activations to generate interest and sales leads.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ol><li>Technical Skills:</li></ol><ul><li>University Degree in Business Management, Sales &amp; Marketing (Master’s Degree preferred).</li><li>At least five years of experience in fleet sales management in a local dealership or OEM.</li><li>Experience in the premium automotive industry is preferred.</li><li>Proven ability in business plan development and implementation.</li><li>Retail automotive experience is a plus.</li><li>Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.</li></ul><ol><li>Soft Skills:</li></ol><ul><li>Excellent analytical and financial skills, with the ability to utilize data for strategic decision-making and business case development.</li><li>Strong decision-making abilities, identifying opportunities for strategic enhancements.</li><li>Proficiency in studying, analyzing, and interpreting complex information to improve practices and develop innovative approaches.</li><li>Effective communication and facilitation skills, addressing issues across multiple disciplines.</li><li>Excellent project management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong business acumen and demonstrated leadership abilities, engaging with individuals at all levels and across various regions.</li><li>Professional demeanor, proactive and driven approach to work.</li></ul>
