<li><strong>JOB PURPOSE</strong></li><br> <p>The QA/QC Engineer is a member of the supervision team. He reviews contractors’ QA/QC plans at the onset of supervision projects and ensures the implementation of QA / QC procedures throughout supervision projects duration. As much as possible, highlight the result that is expected from each task) </em></strong></p> <p><strong>LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY</strong></p> <p><strong><em>(Full, Partial, Supporting</em></strong></p> <p><strong>Duties:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct periodic quality assurance / quality control inspections on the contractors and subcontractors on site and check compliance to the client’s and the organization quality policies, procedures and standards</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Identify quality non-conformance issues, summaries findings in periodic quality audit reports and recommend corrective action plans</li> <li>Ensure that all QA/QC documents are filed in an organized manner.</li> <li>Support the team during the hand-over and defects liability period, as needed</li> <li>Implement corporate policies and procedures.</li> <li>Communicate QA/QC procedures and documentation to the contractors on site and ensure all relevant individuals are aware of the procedures that affect their work</li> <li>Review the contractor’s QA/QC Plan and agree on any revisions with the contractor prior to commencement of the works.</li> <li>Ensure responsibilities are fulfilled with a high quality and in a cost-effective manner.</li> <li>Implement the QA/QC policies on the construction site and ensure adherence.</li> <li>Support Project Manager with managing client relations and expectations, as needed</li> <li>Support Project Manager in responding to client clarifications on technical and contractual issues, as needed</li> <li>Support Associate Project Managers with reviewing, assessing and responding to all claims raised by the contractor regarding scope, schedule and cost changes.</li> <li>Manage the review of Monthly Quality reports and provide feedback and advice.</li> <li>Monitor Quality policies and procedures and report any areas where improvement is required.</li> <li>Identify, develop, and ensure that Programs include all Project required Quality policies.</li> <li>Function as an internal focal point and subject matter expert for all Quality related matters identifying trends, vulnerabilities and liabilities that can be avoided by preventive techniques and procedures and recommending necessary corrective actions and measures.</li> <li>Assisting in the review and approval of the contractor’s QA/QC system and procedures.</li> <li>Monitoring compliance of the contractor’s quality on site.</li> <li>Providing regular written reports and support to the QA/QC Manager.</li> <li> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>FULL</p> <p><strong>KPIs:</strong></p> <p>Meeting project timeline with on time job supervision of Architectural engineering team as per codes and standards</p> <p> </p> <br> <p> </p>
