Roles and Responsibilities<p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Evaluate customer’s business requirements, needs, and objectives and transform the same into company processes, solutions and modules being implemented.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Gather and analyze project and customer requirements and propose and draw solutions.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare Business Analysis required documents.&nbsp;</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good knowledge of business processes &amp; accounting</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To work on business and operational processes including all Odoo modules</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop solution design and prepare system design documentations.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good understanding of business and operational processes.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Communicates with the software developers to report bugs or request new features</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Testing Odoo modules and interfaces</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To work on Access Rights in Odoo</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assure quality of functionalities being delivered, with zero error.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow up the project and communicate about its status and the ongoing tasks.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage the full life cycle from design to testing phases.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide customers with the best solutions to their problem</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Implement Odoo based on requirements gathered</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Analyze and solve complex customer issues related to data and processes.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide customer with functional assistance as well as training</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responding to Support Tickets and providing solutions</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Possibility of travelling to clients’ offices worldwide to provide on-site training</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support in customizing Odoo modules in all project phases</p>Qualification and Experience Requirements<p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must Have:</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Business Analysis and writing documents knowledge and skills.</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Odoo framework knowledge</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Functional Knowledge of the Odoo Modules</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Good knowledge of business processes &amp; accounting</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Good Knowledge in inventory POS, sales, purchasing, and HR.</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum 3 years of relevant experience</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent analysis, planning and communication skills.</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluent in English</p><p><br></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Nice To Have:</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Basic Knowledge of Python / JavaScript</p><p>o&nbsp;&nbsp;Good Technical Knowledge of Odoo Framework</p>Preferred Skills<p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Logical understand to resolve complicated problems</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;decision making skills</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Powerful Communication</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Unified Modeling Language (UML) Knowledge</p><p></p>
