<strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p>Roles and Responsibilities<p><br></p>Strong working exposure in Payroll Processing.<p><br></p>Analyzing the Attendance data and making the correct entries for payroll processing.<p><br></p>Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.<p><br></p>Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports<p><br></p>Timely entry of new entrants in the software for code generations.<p><br></p>Checking of output report downloaded from HRIS/HRMS in excel v/s input received from Client.<p><br></p>Variance analysis of payroll and other accruals.<p><br></p>Generate annual compliance report related to salaries.<p><br></p>Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.<p><br></p>Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns.<p><br></p>Managing reimbursement data related to miscellaneous heads in PMS.<p><br></p>Assist payroll heads in smooth and efficient migration of new clients.<p><br></p>Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.<p><br></p>This job is provided by Shine.com
