<p>We are looking for a <strong>Social Media Manager</strong> to lead our team and drive the creation of engaging and interactive content that aligns with our client’s goals.</p><p><br></p><p><span>As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of social media executives, ensuring they are motivated, inspired, and developed within their roles. You will be responsible for measuring and improving team retention, health index, and their ability to handle clients.</span></p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><span>Lead, motivate, and inspire your social media executives to develop within their roles.</span></li><li><span>Develop and implement strategies for improving team retention and health index.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with clients to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.</span></li><li><span>Encourage the team and lead regular brainstorming sessions for all clients for the most creative results.</span></li><li><span>Empower the team to grow to the next level through succession planning.</span></li><li><span>Set goals, track conversions, and measure the success of accounts managed for self and team.</span></li><li><span>Build cohesive proposals with creative ideas, research-backed strategies, and feasibility checks.</span></li><li><span>Ensure timely proposals and a high success rate for new pitches.</span></li><li><span>Manage accounts, ensuring account growth in terms of engagement, followers, and overall page health.</span></li><li><span>Proactively stay in touch with clients on any updates or issues</span></li><li><span>Ensure content briefs are sent internally within defined timelines.</span></li><li><span>Ensure content plans are sent to clients in advance.</span></li><li><span>Ensure timely and complete reports are sent to clients with proper analysis showing the benefit of services provided.</span></li><li><span>Provide a monthly overall summary of accounts managed.</span></li><li><span>Allocate internal resources and time as per account commitment and value.</span></li><li><span>Proactively build strong and regular relationships with clients and stakeholders and internal teams at all levels to ensure client retention and continued revenue growth.</span></li><li><span>Conduct post-project client satisfaction reviews.</span></li><li><span>Manage crisis situations effectively.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field</span></li><li><span>4-5 years of experience in social media management, including experience managing a team of social media executives.</span></li><li><span>Fluent in Arabic preferred.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrated creativity and innovation in social media content creation.</span></li><li><span>Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms</span></li><li><span>Proven track record of driving engagement and achieving client goals.</span></li><li><span>Positive attitude and team-oriented approach</span></li><li><span>Passion for staying up to date on social media trends and emerging platforms.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>If you’re a strategic thinker, a natural leader, and a creative problem solver with a passion for social media and managing teams, we want to hear from you! </span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Apply today by submitting your resume and cover letter to </span><strong><em>careers@byniggi.com</em></strong></p><p><br></p>
