<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Listings:</strong></p><ul><li> Answering call inquiries and entering leads from marketing phone.</li><li>Assisting Senior Real Estate Agents and agents who don’t have RERA on Form A via Dubai Rest App.</li><li>Verifying listings and getting RERA permit numbers.</li><li>Contacting agents for rejected verification of listings.</li><li>Making sure all listings in PF are in good quality score.</li><li>Quality check for the calls on PF.</li><li>Assessing the requests of listings to be Premium or Feature (e.g. calculating the credits to be consumed per listing).</li><li>Dubizzle Refreshes on daily basis.</li><li>Updating Bayut Hot Listings.</li><li>Contacting Property Portal Support for any issues regarding the listings.</li><li>Creating Agents Profile in Property Finder and Bayut.</li><li>Updating company documents in the Portals.</li></ul><p><strong>General</strong>:</p><ul><li>Drafting Tenancy Contracts and / or Seller-Broker Agreement / MOU, Form I (Agent to Agent Agreement).</li></ul><p>Getting the Price Analysis Data<span> via Property Monitor or Data Finder</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualification:</strong></p><ul><li>School completion + Diploma/ Bachelor in administration ]/ customer care or relevant field</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 year experience in administration/customer facing role</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Basic working knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint</li><li>Strong communication skills including clear speech and professional telephone manner</li><li>Good English Language skills</li><li>Good Organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills such as pleasant in appearance, polite, friendly, efficient and helpful.</li></ul>
