The position of PR Account Executive will suit an ambitious PR professional who wants a key<p><br></p>role in a global, highly successful and rapidly expanding agency.<p><br></p>You’ll support your PR Account Manager and leadership team on specific accounts and continue<p><br></p>to develop skills across media relations and communication tactics.<p><br></p>Key duties will include:<p><br></p> Working as part of an account team where you’ll implement PR strategies and plans<p><br></p> Build strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients and the media and answer day-to-day enquiries from the media and other organisations<p><br></p> Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs, for opportunities for clients<p><br></p> Research and distribute press releases to targeted media<p><br></p> Collate and analyse media coverage and create clipping reports<p><br></p> Assist in organising PR events (such as press conferences, exhibitions, open days, and press/influencer trips)<p><br></p> Assist with sourcing speaker opportunities and seek out suitable brand collaborations<p><br></p> Manage and update information and engage with users on social media sites such as Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook<p><br></p> Prepare regular client reports and attend client meetings<p><br></p> Undertake research for new business proposals and present them to leadership team<p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p>Essentials:<p><br></p> At least 1 year experience of PR in a similar role managing travel/tourism/lifestyle and consumer clients<p><br></p> An outstanding attention to detail<p><br></p> You are an excellent writer and can prove it<p><br></p> You have got a solid range of contacts across the media<p><br></p> Your organisation skills are top-notch<p><br></p> Multi-tasking comes naturally to you<p><br></p> You’re a true people person<p><br></p>Candidates need to demonstrate:<p><br></p> Experience dealing with clients in this region<p><br></p> Good interpersonal and communication skills, including effective writing skills<p><br></p> Self-confidence, drive, competence, and a willingness to learn<p><br></p> Organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask<p><br></p> Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm, and the ability to cope under pressure<p><br></p> Creativity, imagination, and initiative<p><br></p> Good teamwork, negotiation, and problem-solving skills<p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Hybrid working; from our office in Dubai and working from home</li><li>Ideally candidate would be able to travel abroad to other sites if needed</li><li>Must be flexible in working hours due to demands of working across multiple time-zones </li><li>Plenty of opportunities to evolve your career within a fast-paced, dynamic and multi-cultural environment</li></ul>
