<p><span>Designation – Journey Manager</span></p><p><span>Location – </span><strong>Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Tabuk Province</strong></p><p><strong>Salary – Rs. 40 lacs to 50 lacs per annum</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>There will be around 2000 personnel engaged at this project consisting of workmen, company Staffs &amp; client Staffs. The Journey Manager will be responsible for the Planning, Monitoring &amp; Operation of day-to-day transportation for all personnel in and outside the Camp. To ensure timely, safe, comfortable, and hassle-free travel experience through appropriate journey management plan. On Time service&amp; Handling emergency situations is the essential and supreme. The Journey Manager to ensure, workmen reach at the work site on time and return safely on time to camp after the work. Statutory compliances, defined safety measures and client directives to be complied without any deviation. Generating and preparing MIS reports for Senior management on Journey management based on data captured through System periodically &amp; time to time as and when required.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Expectations of the Role :</span></p><ul><li>Set-up Standard Operating Procedures, systems &amp; controls.</li><li>Develop &amp; Execute the Journey plans in synchronisation with the Project Execution plan.</li><li>Monitoring the movement of all vehicles on the Project site, collating and processing the data.</li><li>Prepare Emergency response plan.</li><li>Responding to emergency &amp;panic alerts.</li><li>Issuing journey equipment to traveling personnel, performing inspections &amp; journey-related CCVs on various types of transportation.</li><li>Maintain and define designated route for all project locations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Qualification requirements:</u></p><ul><li>Graduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities in relevant field.</li><li>Diploma/PGD in Traffic or vehicle management is preferred.</li><li>Ex – Army or Experience in Security organisation experience is must.</li><li>At least 10 years relevant experience, or otherwise the significant practical experience and on the job training in similar project or Factory.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p>
