Job Description

<ul><li>Response to clients’ inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in person.</li><li> Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and services. </li><li> Qualify the received leads/inquiries and assign them to the right consultant accordingly. </li><li> Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customers through open and interactive communication.</li><li> Follow communications policies and procedures set by the company. </li><li> Keep records of all clients’ interactions and update the CRM System accurately. </li><li> Coordinate with the internal departments to ensure meeting clients’ needs.</li><li> Follow up with the clients on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Call Center, Client Relations, or related field.</li><li> Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.</li><li> Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.</li><li> Strong analytical and comprehension skills. </li><li> Good communication skills.</li></ul>
