The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery schedule is maintained, effectively managing resources, prioritizing tasks, and setting realistic deadlines. They will play a crucial role in streamlining workflows, implementing best practices, and ensuring faster product delivery.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Ensure the delivery schedule is maintained by effectively managing resources, prioritizing tasks, and setting realistic deadlines for the mobile development team.</li><li>Monitor production workloads for mobile applications, proactively identify potential issues, and report them to the relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.</li><li>Follow and execute the OKRs set by the engineering lead, aligning team efforts with organizational goals and objectives.</li><li>Continuously improve mobile development processes and guidelines, streamlining workflows and implementing best practices to ensure faster product delivery.</li><li>Ensure the quality of the mobile team’s deliverables by enforcing coding standards, conducting thorough code reviews, and implementing robust testing strategies.</li><li>Implement and maintain best practices in mobile development, ensuring that the team stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.</li><li>Maintain deployment pipelines, collaborating with the DevOps team to ensure smooth and efficient release processes.</li><li>Manage the release process, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product launches.</li><li>Responsible for hiring new team members, ensuring they are a good fit for the team and the company’s culture.</li></ol><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Mobile Team Lead or a similar leadership role.</li><li>Solid understanding of mobile development principles and best practices.</li><li>Proficient in React Native.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and team management skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
