<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Engineering to join our dynamic team as we develop our mobile app.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Take full ownership and accountability for the app’s technical development, serving as the key decision-maker for all technology-related aspects.</p><p>• Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance for our mobile app development.</p><p>• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our mobile app on iOS and Android platforms.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and business executives, to align technical decisions with business goals.</p><p>• Manage and mentor mobile app development teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.</p><p>• Ensure code quality, scalability, and security standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.</p><p>• Evaluate and implement best practices, tools, and technologies to optimize development processes.</p><p>• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and mobile app development practices.</p><p>• Participate in the recruitment and hiring process to build a skilled and efficient development team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>• Proven experience in mobile app development, preferably with expertise in either iOS or Android development. Familiarity with both platforms is a plus.</p><p>• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.</p><p>• Knowledge of backend development.</p><p>• Previous experience in a leadership role, managing teams or projects, and providing technical oversight.</p><p>• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</p><p>• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management practices.</p><p>• A passion for staying updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in mobile app development.</p>
