<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong><em>Salesforce Project Manager</em></strong> with a strong background in real estate to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the implementation of Salesforce solutions for our client who is into real estate operations. Your expertise in Salesforce and knowledge of the real estate industry will contribute to the success of our projects and drive business growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li>Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce implementation projects related to real estate operations. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business owners, executives, and IT teams, to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. Develop and execute project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within budget.</li><li>Salesforce Solution Design: Work closely with business owners and subject matter experts to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and design Salesforce solutions that address real estate-specific needs. Customize Salesforce functionalities, configure workflows, design data models, and ensure system integration with other relevant tools.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams comprising developers, analysts, and administrators. Facilitate meetings, provide guidance, and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth project execution. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring that project requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, brokers, property managers, and other relevant parties, to gather feedback, identify pain points, and understand business processes. Provide strategic guidance on leveraging Salesforce to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive sales growth.</li><li>Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions within the real estate organization. Conduct training sessions, develop user documentation, and provide ongoing support to enable users to maximize the benefits of Salesforce.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Define and implement testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions. Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation reviews to validate the functionality and performance of the system. Identify and address issues, bugs, or any discrepancies that may arise during the project lifecycle.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ol><li>Proven Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Project Manager, with a focus on real estate industry projects. Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.</li><li>Salesforce Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform, including configuration, customization, and integration. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud is highly desirable. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, are a plus.</li><li>Real Estate Background: Solid understanding of real estate operations, including sales processes, lead management, property management, and customer relationship management within the real estate industry. Experience in implementing Salesforce solutions for real estate organizations is strongly preferred.</li><li>Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines. Strong project planning, risk management, and budgeting skills. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.</li><li>Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.</li><li>Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify business needs, design effective solutions, and troubleshoot issues. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.</li><li>Change Management: Experience in change management methodologies and driving user adoption.
