Job Description
<p>Our HR Administrator is responsible for running Minimalist’s administrative HR operations and supports the Founder and executive team with personal assistance-related tasks.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>DUTIES</em></strong></p><ul><li>Update and maintain administrative HR files, such as employee files, leave calendars, performance appraisal documents, onboarding processes, etc.;</li><li>Support recruitment endeavors by scheduling and assisting in candidate interviews, screening applications, postings of jobs, etc.;</li><li>Support in the preparation of payroll by reporting paid and unpaid leave days, pro-rata months, etc.;</li><li>Act as direct HR contact for employee questions and concerns;</li><li>Run and operate HR processes such as performance appraisals, training, onboarding, offboarding, etc.;</li><li>Render personal assistance with administrative tasks to the Founder.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>REQUIREMENTS</em></strong></p><ul><li>At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR Administration/Office Management/Personal Assistance in the UAE;</li><li>A relevant degree in HR or Business Administration;</li><li>HR-relevant certifications (SHRM, CIPD, etc.) are an advantage;</li><li>Outstanding communication skills (written & spoken) in English</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
