Role Summary<p><br></p><strong>Scrum Master and Project Management certifications are mandatory</strong><p><br></p>Project Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of any project in SANTECHTURE, which includes managing a project team to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets. The Project Manager acts as a single point of contact (SPOC) for the client and serves as a key escalation point. The successful project manager will deploy PMP best practices while managing his/her project.<p><br></p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Set project goals and develop project plans to meet those goals</li><li> Lead major project events on behalf of SANTECHTURE</li><li> Able to understand the projects scope and use that as a guide to project activities</li><li> Able to correlate Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) concepts to project activities</li><li> Prepare status report on the progress of the projects.</li><li> Maintain project timeframes &amp; budgets estimates</li><li> Manage SANTECHTURE project resources</li><li> Coordinate project team members and develop schedules and individual responsibilities</li><li> Implement IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget</li><li> Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence</li><li> Able to create &amp; deliver effective presentations</li><li> Conduct risk assessments for projects</li><li> Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Strategic Planning and Project Governance: This involves defining project criteria, selecting projects that align to business goals and advising management with cost-benefit ratio.</li><li> Defining the Project Management Methodology: Defining the project management methodology that will be used on a project, such as waterfall or an agile framework Best Practices: This includes standardizing and consolidating best practices and processes across departments to manage and deliver projects.</li><li> Common Corporate Culture: Here, the Project Manager sets common project culture through communication and training on techniques, methodologies and best practices.</li><li> Resource Management: Project Managers manage and allocate resources across projects based on priorities, schedules, budgets and more.</li><li> Creates Project Archives, Tools and More: The project manager provides administrative support and invests in templates, tools, software and more to better manage projects.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>General responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Represent SANTECHTURE with clients an in various industry events and exhibitions related to business rules and claims scrubbing technologies</li><li> Oversee the communication with business units to gather, analyze, and define business rules logic.</li><li> Responsible for timely and accurate reporting on progress and delivery timelines utilizing the standard company task management software.</li><li> Report and escalate exceptions and delays on delivery of planned activities within acceptable timeframes<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Job Requirements</strong><p><br></p>A] Professional Qualifications:<p><br></p><ul><li> Certified Scrum Master</li><li> Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred</li><li> Deep understanding of the KSA RCM processes and best practices is must.</li><li> Any additional professional certifications in line with the role will be an added<br></li></ul><p><br></p>advantage.<p><br></p>B] Technical Knowledge &amp; Experience:<p><br></p><ul><li> 5+ years of experience in a project management role, in healthcare industry</li><li> Experience with developing GANTT Charts and project management tools such as MSProject.</li><li> Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills</li><li> Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them</li><li> Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues</li><li> Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion</li><li> Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget<br><br></li></ul>
