As a Network Administrator, you will have a crucial role in connecting users, sites, services, and applications across our global enterprise. Your expertise in designing and constructing secure, dependable, and high-performing network components will be instrumental in ensuring the safety, resilience, and efficiency of our operations.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Build, configure, and troubleshoot core and branch networking infrastructure (LAN, WAN, voice, wireless) to support our global operations.</li><li>Analyze and resolve incidents reported by end-users or identified through monitoring tools.</li><li>Manage SLAs using our Incident Management Tool – ServiceNow.</li><li>Collaborate with third-party network providers, equipment vendors, service providers, and contractors globally for escalation management.</li><li>Adhere to best practices in network management and monitoring, actively seeking opportunities to enhance technical capabilities through automation.</li><li>Proactively address and resolve network and service problems, taking ownership of escalations and alerts.</li><li>Interpret business issues and recommend appropriate solutions.</li><li>Document root cause analysis and implement preventive measures, including identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement or technology upgrades to enhance service levels, reduce costs, or improve manageability.</li><li>Monitor and respond to issues/alerts, ensuring desired uptime and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for customer incidents and requests.</li><li>Administer and operate redundant network connections, provide disaster recovery support, and ensure high availability and resilience of network components.</li><li>Support deployment, maintenance, and patching of required applications, systems, and services, including OS/firmware upgrades and compliance with security standards.</li><li>Continuously audit network configurations and capabilities to ensure global security and service levels.</li><li>Align network builds and documentation with defined standards and practices, providing feedback for improvement.</li><li>Provide status reports on networking tasks, incidents, productivity metrics, and actively work on enhancing performance, efficiency, and customer support.</li><li>This list describes the general nature of the work performed in this role and is not exhaustive. At Driscoll’s, all employees are responsible for continuously improving our processes and technology.</li></ul><p><strong>Candidate Profile – Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education, Knowledge, and Experience:</strong></li><li>Academic Degree: BS/BA in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.</li><li>Professional experience: Minimum 4 years of network administration with expertise in Cisco switching, Palo Alto firewalls, F5 load balancing, and Aruba wireless.</li><li>Functional experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant network, IS/IT, security, or production service design, build, and support.</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li><strong>Areas of experience:</strong></li><li>Strong support and configuration skills in switching, routing, SD-WAN, firewall, wireless, and voice/telephony platforms.</li><li>Cloud networking experience with AWS VPC, EC2, VPN, and Policies.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of various WAN technologies, including fiber optic, cable, DSL, wireless, cellular, and satellite (LEO and geostationary).</li><li>Expertise in global ISP/WAN providers, including the US, Mexico, China, and European countries (desired).</li><li>Service management and performance monitoring of critical end-user services using tools like New Relic, SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar platforms.</li><li>Basic knowledge of telephony concepts such as PRI, DID, Voicemail, Call redirection, Conference calling, VoIP, gateways, hunting groups, etc.</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li><strong>Certifications and Technical Skills:</strong></li><li>Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)</li><li>Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer</li><li>Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX)</li><li>ITIL V3.0 Foundation</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li><strong>Foreign Language:</strong></li><li>Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English communication is critical for success in this role.</li><li>Proficiency in French and Arabic.</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li><strong>Preferred (Other) Qualifications:</strong></li><li>Experience troubleshooting and configuring site-to-site and remote VPN, VLANs, Trunks, ether-channels, STP, VTP, VRF, ARP, DNS, DHCP, HSRP, VRRP, VPC, VDC, Fex, fabric path.</li><li>Knowledge of structured cabling systems, data wiring, and fiber optics.</li><li>Familiarity with disaster recovery methods and scenarios.</li><li>Experience with ITIL methodology and practices, particularly with ServiceNow.</li><li>Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, processes, and methods (desired).</li><li>Flexibility for international travel, possessing a valid passport and the ability to secure travel visas.</li><li>Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, emphasizing communication and coordination.</li><li>Knowledge of information security practices is required for all technology positions within Driscoll’s.</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li><strong>Leadership Competencies:</strong></li><li>Cultivates Innovation: Actively identifies, champions, and implements innovations, regardless of their scale.</li><li>Plans & Aligns: Establishes priorities, defines desired outcomes, and develops plans to achieve them.</li><li>Drives Results: Demonstrates a resourceful and energetic approach to achieving desired outcomes.</li><li>Collaborates: Engages in collaborative efforts with colleagues inside and outside of Driscoll’s, striving for win-win solutions.</li><li>Courage: Tackles challenging issues promptly, with optimism and transparency.</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li><strong>Financial Impact and/or KPI (Metrics):</strong></li><li>Quantitative impact, cost, budget, or other relevant metrics should be determined.</li><li>This position oversees production services critical to all Driscoll’s employees for their day-to-day responsibilities.</li><li>Access to extensive critical and sensitive data is part of the responsibilities in this position.</li></ul><p><strong>Others:</strong></p><p>o Travel to other areas in DEMEA is required</p><p>o Ability to grow in a managerial position. </p><p> </p><p>Country/Region: Morocco – Agadir </p><p>Recruiter: Otman El Qacemi – Oelqacemi@driscolls.eu</p>
