<br><p>IMPREZA REAL ESTATE, a design and construction company, is looking for a Sales Agent with experience in the field of real estate furnishing and renovation for its office in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt.</p><p><br></p><p>The candidate’s place of work and residence is a spectacular and immense 5-star tourist resort (Domina Coral Bay – Sharm el Sheikh Egypt) directly overlooking the Red Sea.</p><p>For further information: www.imprezarealestate.com</p><p><br></p><p>TYPE: Full-time.</p><p><br></p><p>SKILLS: Reporting directly to his Manager, the candidate works in his office and on the various construction sites and performs the following tasks:</p><p>proposes furniture sales and property renovations to customers;</p><p>manages clients’ requests for furniture and building renovations they wish to carry out in their homes;</p><p>manages relations with all customers and monitors the proper progress of construction sites as scheduled, in order to ensure that work is carried out correctly and deadlines are met;</p><p>coordinates his co-workers;</p><p>prepares the arrival of the necessary materials on site by interfacing with the purchasing department;</p><p>verifies the correct execution of the works and the perfect cleanliness of the buildings before the final handover to the client.</p><p><br></p><p>IDEAL PROFILE</p><p><br></p><p>many years’ experience in the sale of furniture and in building and property renovation, especially residential;</p><p>good attitude to interpersonal relations and teamwork;</p><p>excellent organisational, analytical and problem solving skills;</p><p>leadership;</p><p>Willingness to relocate to Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt.</p><p>Possession of strong interpersonal skills in dealing with contacts inside and outside the company.</p><p><br></p><p>COMPULSORY SKILLS</p><p><br></p><p>Italian and English language.</p><p><br></p><p>BENEFITS</p><p><br></p><p>board and lodging</p><p>one day off per week</p><p><br></p><p>Salary will be defined and agreed with the candidate according to his/her experience and abilities.</p><p><br></p><p>Sector</p><p>Furniture and Real Estate&nbsp;</p><p>Type of employment</p><p>Full-time</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
