<p>Are you a passionate and experienced lighting designer with exceptional leadership skills, seeking a new challenge and an opportunity to make a lasting impact in the industry?</p><p>GCD , a leading company in innovative lighting solutions, is currently seeking a talented Team Leader for our Lighting Design department.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Responsibilities:</p><ol><li>The ability to build and establish a team.</li><li>The ability to manage a lighting design department, an interior design department, and an electrical engineering department</li><li>Design interior and exterior lighting layouts for various projects, including residential, commercial, and public buildings.</li><li>Study client requirements and propose innovative and effective lighting solutions in compliance with professional standards and technical specifications.</li><li>Conduct analyses of lighting sources and select the most efficient and sustainable lighting systems.</li><li>Prepare reports and technical documentation related to lighting projects.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Qualifications and Skills Required:</p><p><br></p><p>1. bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Electrical Engineering or Lighting Design.</p><p>2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in lighting design or engineering.</p><p>3. Proficiency in 3D design software like AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and lighting simulation tools such as DIALux and Relux.</p><p>4. Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.</p><p>5.
