<p><span>The ideal candidate will proactively participate in and lead the implementation of clients’ projects, focused on social behaviour change and community engagement among other topics, while managing day-to-day updates and operations with clients and participating in coaching team members on technical work.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><span>Lead the implementation of assigned projects in alignment with client objectives with a focus on social behavioral change, change management, and capacity building across different sectors and disciplines.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Manage the execution of core consulting activities related to social behavioral change including best practice research on social and behavioral drivers, data collection and synthesis, and identify the best fit SBC tools and methodologies to achieve the best results.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Manage the execution of core project management activities for both private and public sector clients including the development and implementation of detailed work plans, deliverables and milestones, client communication, stakeholder management, risk &amp; issues tracking and mitigation, projects’ financial reporting, and analysis, and invoicing.</span></li><li><span>Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and any required documentation for assigned CID clients on the SBC projects or components.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Manage the day-to-day client communication and reporting for assigned CID clients and foster positive relationships with the clients for future framing of opportunities.</span></li><li><span>Support in lead generation from existing clients or potential clients in the field of social behaviour change or other practice areas through networking, research, and farming opportunities.</span></li><li><span>Contribute to the development of proposals to prospective clients through developing technical approaches which utilize CID’s proven methodologies and international best practices to propose the best-fit approach that addresses the clients’ and projects’ needs pertaining to the latest advances in the SBC field.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Develop practice-specific consulting methodologies, tools, and forms required for the delivery of consulting services to CID clients in the field of social behaviour change</span></li><li><span>Coach team members on technical areas and the use of relevant tools and methodologies within the framework of their development and talent management plans.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Participate in cross-cutting internal initiatives</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><span>University degree in, Sociology, Anthropology, Culture, Education, International Development, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline</span></li><li><span>5 years of experience in social behaviour change&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Private sector exposure is preferable</span></li><li><span>A post-graduate diploma or degree in the field of social behaviour change</span></li><li><span>Perfect command of spoken and written English and Arabic</span></li><li><span>Able to manage complex projects</span></li><li><span>Practical know – how of coaching and facilitation</span></li><li><span>Able to communicate with mid-level professionals and clients verbally and in writing</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
