<p><span>Our real estate company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and partnerships, as well as driving revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development within the real estate industry, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders to create new business opportunities and partnerships.</span></li><li><span>Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.</span></li><li><span>Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase revenue growth and market share.</span></li><li><span>Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by prospecting and qualifying potential clients.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.</span></li><li><span>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and services.</span></li><li><span>Maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market and industry trends to ensure our business strategy remains competitive and relevant.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field</span></li><li><span>5+ years of experience in business development within the real estate industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful partnerships</span></li><li><span>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients</span></li><li><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends</span></li><li><span>Proven ability to develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals</span></li><li><span>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>&nbsp;Fix salary + bonuses &amp; commissions</li><li>Continued daily support and mentorship from Sales Director, full marketing &amp; administrative support.</li><li>UAE Residence visa and RERA (Real Estate License).</li><li>Private medical insurance.</li><li>Comfortable office in Media City &amp; Corporate sim-card.</li></ul>
