We can provide you with customized end-to-end solutions that drive business value.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for an experienced and motivated <strong>AngularJS Developer.</strong> Would you like to develop your skills and refine your craft in a pioneering technology company, where you’ll join a highly collaborative, growing team and support their cutting-edge core platform?</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education</strong>:</p><ul><li>Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience</strong>:</p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of coding experience in Angular JS, HTML and JSS in creating Enterprise Applications with high performance for Mobile and Web</li><li>Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components</li><li>Creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core AngularJS</li><li>Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts</li><li>Banking or Retail domains are must have.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS</li><li>Ability to Coordinate the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and self</li><li>Extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods for providing performant visual effects and keeping the framerate above 30fps at all times</li><li>Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system</li><li>Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed</li><li>Documenting the code inline using JSDoc or other conventions</li><li>Experience with all levels of operation available to the front-end, such as from creating XHRs in vanilla JS to using a custom wrapper around $resource</li><li>Knowledge on Nodejs, Java Script, Angular material and Bootstrap</li><li>Knowledge on external libraries like devolte, store management</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Functional Skills</strong>:</p><ul><li>Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices</li><li>Experience in Agile methodology.</li><li>Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization.</li><li>Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Soft Skills</strong>:</p><ul><li>”Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness,by sharing deep knowledge and experience. “</li><li>Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.</li><li>Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong>:</p><ul><li>100% Medical Insurance premium for Employee will be paid by Synechron.</li><li>Medical Insurance Premium for the dependents on residence visa will be paid on 50% – 50% copay policy of Synechron.</li><li>Employment visa and residence visa cost will be paid by Synechron for employees and his/her dependents.</li><li>Initial entry ticket will be paid by Synechron for employee and his/her dependents (for movements from outside UAE).</li><li>22 working days of Annual leaves and 15 Sick leaves will be given to an employee as per UAE.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Awards: </strong></p><p>2022: Voted in Top 25 Best Companies to Work for (Business Intelligence Group)</p><p>2021: Winners of Gold Globee Award Honoring Employer Excellence for Career Growth, Development &amp; Training (2021 Business Excellence Awards)</p><p>2021: Synechron Recognized Silver Level Awards for COVID-19 Support Strategy</p><p>2020: Winners of Team of the Year’ Award (US FinTech Awards 2021)</p><p>2020: Synechron FinLabs Wins Gold Stevie Award (2020 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards)</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
