<p>We are currently looking for “Outdoor Sales Representative” for Building contracting and interior design fit out group who should have 3-5 years experience in the same industry. Candidate must be able to join immediately.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Hospitality and residential sales database, prospecting sales, developing partnership.</li><li>Closing sales is hospitality and residential field. Other Necessary activities to achieve the highest sale performance.</li><li>Implementing new sales plans and advertising.</li><li>Following up with client’s and maintaining ongoing business relationship to achieve potential client and client satisfaction.</li><li>Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.</li><li>Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered.</li><li>Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions on social media, sponsored events, etc.</li><li>Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives.</li><li>Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures.</li><li>Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed.</li><li>Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.</li><li>Reach out to the clients through visit at sites and offices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3-5 years fit-out interior project sales experience, preferably in the interior design works sector and contracting.</li><li>Proven record of accomplishment within the interior industry and experienced in dealing with clients.</li><li>Experience networking among the real estate development, construction and design/architecture community in Dubai or other UAE based clients is a real plus.</li><li>UAE driving license is necessary.</li></ul>
