<p><strong>Job Description: </strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media and Marketing Executive to join our team. The position is responsible for timely executing and implementing of the marketing and social media strategies – including campaigns, promotions, events, digital marketing, and social media. In line with the marketing budget and under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring of social media channels.</li><li>Stay updated with emerging social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices to continuously enhance our online marketing strategies.</li><li>Analyze data and insights from social media and digital marketing campaigns to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and generate actionable reports.</li><li>Create compelling content, including written, visual, and multimedia assets, to effectively communicate our brand story and promote our campaigns.</li><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.</li><li>Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to optimize brand collaborations and expand our online reach.</li><li>Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid social advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO), to maximize reach and conversion.</li><li>Assist in the planning and execution of offline marketing campaigns, events, promotions as required.</li><li>Work effectively with internal departments (Leasing, PR, Customer Service, Operations and Security to ensure optimum business effectiveness and information is communicated around the business units for new store openings, launches, events and installations)</li><li>Manage the website content, implement updates, improvements and new features to meet online objectives and latest industry trends.</li><li>Assess the effectiveness of the mall website and implement content improvements and new features to meet on-line objectives.</li><li>Employ alternative thinking, ‘out of the box’ tactics and marketing innovation to meet the needs of the mall</li><li>Maintain an excellent rapport with tenants through frequent meetings and communication.</li><li>Communicate key elements of the marketing plan to tenants, partners, leasing, and property operations – Responding to requests for information from tenants/partners in a timely manner.</li><li>Manage SEO articles with website analytics and report to marketing manager on bi-monthly basis.</li><li>Obtain all government related permits of all year long planned mall events.</li><li>Deliver marketing campaigns to promote mall events &amp; promotions.</li><li>Brief and direct photographers, film/photo shoots, etc.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications/Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of 5 years’ hands on marketing, social and digital media experience in the UAE, preferably in a fast-paced and consumer-focused industry.</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.</li><li>Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics, with hands-on experience in managing social media accounts.</li><li>Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing.</li><li>Proficient in content creation and copywriting for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.</li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas.</li><li>Strong project management and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with design software and basic graphic editing skills are a plus.</li></ul>
