Gourmet food products.</p><p>We are looking for a a passionate leader with a keen eye for detail and a drive for exceptional customer service? Jones the Grocer is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing overall operations performance, ensuring excellent service levels, and driving business growth. If you have a strong background in retail and café management and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to customers, we want to hear from you!</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage Overall Operations Performance of the Store: Ensure the store operates according to specified service levels and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in financial benchmarks, customer and employee satisfaction, and health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE).</li><li>Store Services and Product Knowledge: Ensure all store staff are well-trained and up-to-date with comprehensive knowledge of company services, products, and menu items to deliver a seamless customer experience.</li><li>Manage and Build Customer Relationships: Proactively understand evolving customer requirements and establish strong relationships with regular customers. Utilize feedback from GSI figures, Mystery Shopper reports, and customer feedback to enhance the store experience and promptly address customer needs.</li><li>Market and Grow the Business: Coordinate and implement store marketing promotions and activities, collaborating effectively with other departments. Stay updated on market forces, changing market conditions, and competition to provide valuable insights to management and make recommendations for business growth.</li><li>Daily and Weekly Reports: Ensure timely completion and submission of all required reports.</li><li>Internal Communication and Coordination: Foster positive teamwork by closely collaborating with other departments and store managers to ensure efficient store operations.</li><li>Manage Human Resources: Regularly review staff performance and staffing levels to meet store-manning requirements. Fulfill HR duties related to staff scheduling, personal development, and fostering positive teamwork.</li><li>Development and Training of Staff: Facilitate effective communication channels, training programs, and job role development to equip staff with the necessary tools and uphold high service standards aligned with jtg operating procedures and standards.</li><li>HSSE &amp; Quality Management: Conduct regular inspections of the outlet and relevant equipment to ensure adherence to jtg guidelines, especially in product and service levels, and maintain cleanliness. Ensure compliance with all government and regulatory requirements related to food safety, hygiene, and equipment maintenance.</li><li>Financial Responsibility: Take ownership of day-to-day operational revenue and costs, striving to meet company targets.
