We are currently looking for experienced candidates who are passionate about working on HR Consulting projects for our local, regional and international clients with focus on operations in the Middle East. If this sounds interesting to you, keep reading!<p><br></p><strong>We will count on you to:</strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li>Manage work streams and modules on projects which typically consists of Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Talent Management Frameworks, and Rewards Design areas</li><li>Lead work against high quality standards and challenging deadlines in order to make a genuine difference to our clients</li><li>Oversee and manage data collections and analyze qualitative and quantitative results against clients’ strategic priorities</li><li>Participate in proposals and sales activities to generate new business</li><li>Enjoy working your way around ambiguity and changing demands among a group of passionate, dedicated and fun colleagues<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>We are interested if you: </strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li>Have around 10 years of Organization Development, HR, and Change Management experience</li><li>Previous experience within HR Consulting and/or other related areas of consulting</li><li>Hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any other relevant discipline from a reputable university</li><li>Preferably completed or are completing a Master’s degree with focus on Talent Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources or an MBA from a reputable university</li><li>Continue your professional education through the CIPD, the SHRM, the BPS or other relevant professional bodies<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>We believe you would excel at Mercer if you:</strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li>Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and an ability to learn quickly and think creatively without extensive supervision</li><li>Are proactive and seek to continuously improve the way things are done</li><li>Can organize yourself, have the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst working towards challenging deadlines</li><li>Have the ability to pay attention to detail while working under pressure</li><li>Thrive in working independently and know when to seek support</li><li>Relish in developing more junior colleagues in their professional career</li><li>Enjoy solving complex problems without a set answer based on strong research and analytical skills, both of quantitative and qualitative nature</li><li>Are operating at expert levels of the Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and are empathetic to the viewpoints of others</li><li>Are fluent in English and Arabic<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What’s in it for you?</strong><p><br></p>At Mercer, we recognize that our most important asset is our people.
