<p>As a Sales Executive, your primary objective will be to strategically enhance the company’s business growth. You will have the responsibility of promoting and selling the company’s products and services. Your outreach efforts will target both B2B services for companies and product promotion. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to generating leads and identifying potential clients.</p><p>Your typical work activities will involve contacting various potential customers such as healthcare companies, pharmaceuticals, distributors, FMCG, and others. You will carefully assess their needs, create compelling proposals, and diligently follow up to secure deals. Additionally, you will conduct demos of the company’s digital tools for potential clients while working closely with the business development manager.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities include:</strong></p><p>路 Generating leads through visits, calls, and emails, and managing initial meetings with leads to present the company’s digital products and services.</p><p>路 Maintaining detailed records of all contacts, lead status, feedback, and progress.</p><p>路 Preparing and delivering sales pitches and product demonstrations.</p><p>路 Consulting with IT developers and management to refine product offerings.</p><p>路 Providing timely reports to management using a reporting format supplied by them, including Excel and PowerPoint presentations.</p><p>路 Planning weekly and monthly work schedules in coordination with the business development manager.</p><p>路 Regularly attending company meetings, presentations, and briefings.</p><p>路 Staying informed about new developments in the industry to anticipate potential impacts on the business and adapt strategies accordingly.</p><p>路 Developing strategies to expand opportunities for engaging with contacts in the medical and healthcare sector, opening new accounts, and increasing sales.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Other Duties Assigned:</strong></p><p>In addition to these responsibilities, you may be assigned other duties as required. The initial training for this role is intensive, covering product and medical knowledge, as well as sales and promotion techniques.</p><p>Occasionally, you may be required to travel within the country and the region to attend exhibitions, conventions, group meetings, and training sessions. All travel logistics will be handled by the company.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Main Skills Required:</strong></p><p>Higher Education: A bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing or a related field. Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology with a commercial background would be advantageous.</p><p>路 Previous field sales experience is preferred.</p><p>路 Positive attitude, dedication, reliability, energy, and a strong desire to learn.</p><p>路 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>路 Good negotiation skills to effectively engage with company executives and decision-makers.</p><p>路 Effective time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.</p><p>路 Confidence, persistence, patience, and self-motivation.</p><p>路 Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate as a team player.</p><p> </p><p>This position requires an independent candidate who can effectively manage their time and emotions.
