<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>Sales Manager Thru tubing include contacting prospective customers, performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers, and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure a flow of future sales. Requires negotiating skills and always maintaining customer satisfaction.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Identify the development potential in accounts by studying current and previous business.</li><li>Meet with key customer personnel; identify and evaluate additional needs; analyze opportunities.</li><li>Initiate sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments and cold calling.</li><li>Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating hires; integrating hire requirements with business operations.</li><li>Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences, presenting and promoting the products.</li><li>Conducting market’s potentials research and sharing findings with the team.</li><li>Providing product demonstrations to staff and clients and taking the lead in resolving complaints.</li><li>Maintain records of sales calls and conversations</li><li>Assist with account management, including client billing, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining client relationships.</li><li>Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers</li><li>Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.</li><li>Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.</li><li>Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.</li></ul><p>Excellent technical knowledge of Thru tubing products and process, being able to answer questions when any problem may be raised. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent selling, negotiation, communication, customer service and leadership skills.</li><li>Strong networking abilities to build productive business professional relationships.</li><li>Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.</li><li>Highly motivated and target driven.</li><li>Relationship management skills and openness to feedback</li><li>Stay abreast of new tools developments and bring them to the company.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree </li><li>8 years’ experience in Sales</li></ul><p></p>
