ITP Live has swiftly grown to become the largest regional talent agency and has established itself as the authoritative voice for social media in the region with its expert leading social media and influencer marketing content portal ITP.Live<p><br></p>We are looking for an Influencer Relationship Manager to join us in our Lebanon office.<p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities Will Include<br><br><br></u></strong><ul><li>Research, conceptualize and create original copy</li><li>Recommend the most relevant and suitable talents in line with brand’s &amp; stakeholders’ requests, and be able to have a solid rationale behind the selection criteria</li><li>Negotiate with talents the best rates, content output and be able to overcome budgeting constraints</li><li>Become a core member of the Talent Management Team in creating presentations, databases, and status reports</li><li>Act as the main point of contact with the client along with the sales team and aggregate feedback loops &amp; ad hoc requests</li><li>Lead on ideation and brainstorming sessions for new leads</li><li>Create pitch deck presentations and strategize influencer campaigns</li><li>Oversee campaign deployment and support execution team when needed </li><li>Lead and train team members on the talent team to achieve optimal results</li><li>Hands-on experience in the influencer industry verticals across MENA in technology, social media, and gaming.</li><li>Ideate in growing ITP’s database to include a wide spectrum of social media influencers, from Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Tik-Tok to YouTube and Twitch</li><li>Build relationships with internal teams and provide assistance and excellent brand and influencer representation for our clients</li><li>Carry out other duties which naturally fall within the reasonable expectations of the position</li><li>Analyze post-campaign report and liaise learnings to management team<br></li></ul><strong><u>Requirements<br><br><br></u></strong><ul><li>Must have account management experience and be client-servicing orientated</li><li>Should be able to produce reports and presentations to a high standard</li><li>Must have strong MS-Office skills</li><li>Must have great attention to detail, be extremely well organized and have the ability to manage multiple projects / talent simultaneously</li><li>Must have excellent verbal, written communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Must have a minimum of five years mid-Senior experience in advertising, marketing, gaming, influencer marketing</li><li>Must have experience in a client-facing role</li><li>Knowledge in MENA gaming scene with PCs, gaming &amp; influencers</li><li>Self-starter who is eager to learn and proactive</li><li>Strong verbal and written communications skills and confidence with managers and team members</li><li>Ability to present ideas persuasively and passionately</li><li>Ability to work in a team, but also on initiative</li><li>Willingness to take ownership in project management</li><li>Flexible, committed, and punctual</li><li>Able to stay calm and friendly under pressure in a busy environment</li><li>Arabic speaker<br></li></ul><strong><u>Benefits<br><br></u></strong>Benefits being an ITP employee is an opportunity to be part of the largest content creation house in the region and provides the luxury of working with global brands and experienced industry leaders.
