For critical matters, we use our systems to provide remote diagnostic technical support. If there’s an issue with a customer’s product, we’ll analyze it, identify the cause, recommend a solution and document the problem.<br><br>Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a<strong> Senior Technical Support Technician </strong>on our <strong>Technical Support </strong>Team in <strong>Casablanca, Morocco</strong>.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Achieve<br><br></strong>As a Senior Technical Support Technician, you will work with highly skilled technical advisors to develop and deliver solutions that enable customers to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs.<br><br><strong>You will:<br></strong><ul><li>Provides first Level Technical Support on Dell supplied products and/or peripherals. Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues</li><li>Identifies and resolves issues affecting customer client systems. Ability to handle stressful situations</li><li>Monitors and tracks issues to ensure accurate resolution</li><li>Assumes a proactive role in technical support call avoidance by identifying known problems and documenting resolutions. Meeting the revenue goals</li><li>Knowledge of Spares Parts and Moxie. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:<br><br><strong>Essential Requirements<br></strong><ul><li>Fluent in Dutch, English is a plus</li><li>Knowledge in Sales skills &amp; sales applications. Strong Technical Aptitude &amp; Troubleshooting Skills. Expert knowledge of on-line tools (Delta, GII,..) </li><li>Knowledge of standard Microsoft Windows Applications and Operating systems </li><li>Excellent communication and analytical skills</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of PC hardware components.
