The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to guest service and genuine hospitality.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>As a Waiter, your key duties will include:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests by delivering quality service and maintaining the highest level of hospitality.</li><li>Understanding and effectively communicating our menu offerings, preparation methods, and ingredients.</li><li>Taking orders accurately and ensuring they are delivered to our guests promptly and accurately.</li><li>Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of the food and beverages.</li><li>Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.</li><li>Assisting with setup and cleanup of dining areas.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements and Skills</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate should possess:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven work experience as a Waiter in a 5-star hotel or a similar high-end dining environment.</li><li>Fluent in both English and French languages.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing high-quality dining experiences.</li><li>Strong knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules.</li><li>Excellent physical condition and stamina to work long hours as needed.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle money transactions accurately.</li><li>Join us and contribute to an exceptional dining experience that defines the brand of Palais Mirage d’Atlas.</li></ul>
