<p>MPREZA REAL ESTATE, a design and construction company, is looking for a designer specialised in Archicad for its office in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt.</p><p><br></p><p>The candidate’s place of work and residence is a spectacular and immense 5-star tourist resort (Domina Coral Bay – Sharm el Sheikh Egypt) directly overlooking the Red Sea.</p><p>For further information: www.imprezarealestate.com</p><p><br></p><p>TYPE: Full-time.</p><p><br></p><p>SKILLS: Reporting directly to the Technical Director, the candidate works on the various ongoing projects and performs the following tasks:</p><p>draws and designs in Archicad what is indicated to him/her by the company’s Technical Director.</p><p><br></p><p>IDEAL PROFILE</p><p><br></p><p>several years’ experience in the design of private and public residential buildings and/or building renovations, experience in designing interiors and furniture with Archicad</p><p>good attitude to interpersonal relations and teamwork</p><p>excellent organisational, analytical and problem solving skills;</p><p>leadership;</p><p>willingness to relocate to Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt.</p><p>Possess strong interpersonal skills in dealing with contacts inside and outside the company.</p><p><br></p><p>PREFERRED SKILLS</p><p><br></p><p>English language.</p><p>Italian language.</p><p><br></p><p>BENEFITS</p><p><br></p><p>board and lodging</p><p>one day off per week</p><p><br></p><p>Salary will be defined and agreed with the candidate according to his/her experience and abilities.</p><p><br></p><p>Sector</p><p>Construction</p><p>Type of employment</p><p>Full-time</p><p><br></p>
