<ul><li>Perform business process walkthroughs, document and help analyze the results of the walkthroughs, and contribute to recommendations where opportunities for improvement exist.</li><li> Perform system testing and facilitate user acceptance testing, user adoption, training, and go live activities.</li><li> Develops training materials and conduct formal training sessions on HI’s health information system.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. </li><li> At least 2 years of experience in Patient Administration, and Revenue Cycle Management/Medical Billing. </li><li> Experience in RCM systems is a plus. </li><li> A background in MSSQL and Crystal Reports is a plus. </li><li> Fluent English communication is a must.</li><li> Superb analytical, organizational, and time management skills.</li><li> Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. </li><li> Very good documentation skills. </li><li> Possessing complex problem solving and critical thinking skills is a must. </li><li> Ability to work and learn fast and independently with little direction. </li><li> Able to prioritize work according to deadlines to produce assigned outcomes. </li><li> Customer Facing experience and ability to build a trusting relationship and maintain an excellent working relationship. </li><li> Ability to analyze systems and procedures, to translate user/business needs into functional software technical specifications.</li><li> Willing to travel for long durations, when needed.</li><li> Willing to work additional or irregular hours, when needed.</li></ul>
