<p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams’ operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage, motivate and monitor the secondary sales team’s performance</li><li>Understand industry-specific trends</li><li>Prepare sales reports</li><li>Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team</li><li>Develop effective training programs to help agents advance their product knowledge, selling, and negotiation skills</li><li>Regularly plan and conduct team meetings and sales team training</li><li>Be involved in the acquisition, interviewing, and hiring process for the sales team</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>3+ years’ of sales leadership experience</li><li>2+ years’ of experience in Dubai real estate.</li><li>Strong leadership skills</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong decision maker</li></ul><li></li>
