<p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>This is a new opportunity within our Dubai office, focusing on driving customer support, sales and business development initiatives for our Malaysian clients. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Contacting new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.</span></li><li><span>Help clients to open accounts and deposit funds.</span></li><li><span>Present our products and services and converts leads to sales.</span></li><li><span>Update clients’ information in database. </span></li><li><span>To collaborate and coordinate work between other departments to ensure sales and support related matters are handled efficiently.</span></li><li><span>Provide prompt, efficient and high level of support assistance via live chat, email and phone calls.</span></li><li><span>Documents translation. </span></li><li><span>Follow company procedures, guidelines and policies.</span></li><li>Familiarize with company products and stay up-to-date on general market</li></ul><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Experience and Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Candidates must possess at least a SPM/” O” Level/Higher Secondary/STPM/” A” Level/Pre-U/Diploma, Advanced/Higher Graduate Diploma, any field.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Min 1 year of sales experience included customer service experience, providing live chat / email / phone calls support</span><strong>.</strong></li><li><strong>Must</strong><span> be able to converse well in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
