You will be expected to operate effectively in a highly cross-functional context, working directly with MidChains executives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting client information and analyzing client needs.</span></li><li><span>Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing client information.</span></li><li><span>Work closely with managers to develop strategies for satisfying each client request/query.</span></li><li><span>Communication proficiency whether it’s face-to-face interactions, handling incoming & outgoing calls, chat, emails etc.</span></li><li><span>Assuring top-notch client service embodying MidChains values.</span></li><li><span>Ability to deal with high-profile clients in a refined manner.</span></li><li><span>Ability to handle clients’ complaints & feedback and be organized and diligent.</span></li><li><span>Assist in building and developing a diversified systematic crypto portfolio.</span></li><li><span>Establish monitors / signals / limits.</span></li><li><span>Ensure optimal execution of trading strategies.</span></li><li><span>Ideally develop data and financial analysis tools and risk management frameworks.</span></li><li><span>Desire to identify opportunities within the crypto market and come up with new trading strategies.</span></li><li><span>Expertise in capitalizing on opportunities that arise around events or other sources of price dislocation.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity in the development and optimization of trading strategies.</span></li><li><span>Exposure to market microstructure and the low-level analysis of trade executions.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Multi-year track record managing crypto investment portfolio.</span></li><li><span>Experience working in a hedge fund, prop trading firm, investment bank or trading on own account.</span></li><li><span>Disciplined and focused trading style.</span></li><li><span>Experience managing risk.</span></li><li><span>Coding in Python, preferable.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of options theory and pricing. </span></li><li><span>Excellent presentation and communication skills.</span></li><li><span>Preferred if experience in exchange arbitrage, stable coin, and short duration arbitrage.</span></li><li><span>Interest and curiosity to learn about digital assets space.</span></li><li>Driving attitude in a high-growth environment.</li><li>Quickly adaptable to work with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Fluency in English and preferably in Arabic.</li></ul>
