<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and communicate to the team.</li><li>Plan and execute training, inputs, guidance, and motivation to achieve targets successfully.</li><li>Screen potential brokers (individual & corporate) with the objective of promoting all projects and ensuring they receive the support to achieve sales targets.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities in the market which can be converted into revenue-generating opportunities in line with the business objectives.</li><li>Draft and manage the whole sales process (end to end) to ensure quality in the entire process.</li><li>Establish and maintain business networks both locally and abroad to have a proper vision of industry trends and competitive intelligence.</li><li>Review and monitor revenue and sales reports and make sure they are at par with the forecast.</li><li>Continuously monitor market trends to formulate adaptive strategies and maximize revenue for the projects.</li><li>Lead and motivate the team to enhance performance and productivity</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing or a related field</li><li>Minimum 10 years of sales experience within the local or global markets (commercial or residential)</li><li>Strong negotiation and selling skills</li><li>Fluent in English for both oral and written communications</li><li>Arabic language proficiency is preferred</li><li>Proven record of sales target achievement and leadership</li></ul><li></li>
